Bio
Stevel Marc is a Jamaican-born, South African actor, model, MC and author best known to television audiences for his starring role as Vuyo in the 1Magic drama series Unmarried.
Other series he has guest starred in include The Triangle, Generations, My Super-Overactive Imagination, Hooten & the Lady and Black Sails.
His first feature film role was in Of Good Report. He has acted in a number of other films including The Challenger Disaster, OutPost 37, Dear Betty, My Zulu Promise, Donor, The King's Rook, Anything for Wifey, Trinity, Hometown, Adaption, Happiness Is a Four-letter Word, Hell Trip, Broken Darkness, Body Defenders and Last Sacrament.
Stevel has also appeared in numerous television and cinema commercials including Revlon, BlackBerry, Coca Cola, KFC, Nescafé, Momentum, Standard Bank, Nashua Mobile, SABC and DStv.
He also works as a voice over artist, with clients including Samsung Mobile, Budweiser, Malibu Caribbean Rum, Toyota, Highveld Stereo, Pigg's Peak Casino, Foundry Premium Cider, Spar, Pick 'n Pay, Standard Bank, Student radio, Exclusive Books and The South African Tourism Board.
In 2018 he had a major recurring role as the dashing yet arrogant player Vuyo in the 1Magic drama series Unmarried, alongside Renate Stuurman, Keke Mphuthi, Thembisa Mdoda, Nyaniso Dzedze and Fezile Makhanya.
