Lebohang Msiza is a South African actor who rose to fame as one of the finalists on the SABC3 talent search competition series The Final Cut, in 2017.
Originally from KwaThema in Springs on the East Rand, he dabbled in music, modelling and dancing before settling in a career in acting.
He dropped out of varsity whilst studying for an accounting degree and later studied acting at the Duma Ndlovu Acting Academy.
His television debut came in 2015 when he played the role of a journalist on the SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy. Later that year he played a celebrity guest in an episode of the e.tv soapie Rhythm City.
The following year he played a doctor in the StarTimes One telenovela Maseko Ties and in 2017 he featured in the SABC3 reality competition series The Final Cut, making it to the final eight.
Later that year he landed a cameo role on the Mzansi Magic telenovela Ring of Lies, in an episode which aired on 19 February, 2018 (Season 2, Episode 117).
Lebohang had a small role in an episode of the SABC1 docu-drama series Now or Never (Season 6, Episode 6), which aired on 12 March, 2018.
The following year he played a cop in an episode of the MTV Base drama series MTV Shuga: Down South 2 (Season 7, Episode 9), which first aired on 16 April, 2019 (and later aired in a run on SABC1).
Aside from his work in television, Lebo has acted in a number of short films including Greatest Miracle, Tears of Blood, Jealous Makhelwane, Fatherless, Love Triangle, Triggered and Wedding.
He co-presented a Gospel music show called Simply Worship on the streaming satellite channel LoveWorldSAT in 2015 and has appeared in commercials for a number of products including Fanta, 4th Street and Abacus.
Lebohang landed his first starring role in television in 2019 when he was cast as Nkosana in the SABC2 telenovela Lithapo. The show debuted on 13 January, 2020.
