Bobbie Phillips is an American actress best known for her role as Julie Costello on the television series Murder One.
Aside from Murder One, Phillips was also a series regular on The Cape, in the role of Navy Pilot Lt. Cmdr. Barbara DeSantos. She previously played the role in a made-for-TV movie of the same name, which was released in the same year as the television series (1996).
