Josie Bissett is an American actress best known for her starring role as Jane Andrews Mancini on the television drama series Melrose Place, from 1992-1999.
She is also known for her role as Kathleen Bowman on the television drama series The Secret Life of the American Teenager, from 2008-2013.
The Seattle native began her career at the age of 12 as a model in print ads and TV commercials. Her credits include the ABC movies The Fire Above and Dare to Love, the Fox TV movie Deadly Vows, the USA Network film Baby Monitor: Sound of Fear, and the Lifetime telefilm The Other Woman.
She also starred in the ABC Family original movie I Do, They Don't; and played the role of Robby Krieger's girlfriend in the 1991 movie The Doors.
Josie has also made lots of guest appearances, including on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. On the big screen, she made her feature film debut in Oliver Stone's The Doors, and her later films include the coming-of-age comedy Book of Love and the psychological thriller Mikey.
Josie lives in Seattle with her children, Mason and Maya, and she's written three books; including one for kids called Tickle Monster.
Bissett was married to actor Rob Estes from 1992 to 2006.
