Pat Fraley is an American voice actor best known for voicing the role of Krang for 132 episodes in the 1987 animated television series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.He has lent his voice to numerous television shows, including Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo; Smurfs; G.I. Joe; Tiny Toon Adventures; Where's Waldo?; and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
