Thad Luckinbill is an American actor best known for his role as J.T. Hellstrom on the television soap opera The Young and the Restless, appearing in the role since November 1999.
Luckinbill has guest starred in numerous television shows, including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Providence, JAG, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Nash Bridges, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Nip/Tuck, in which he appeared nude.
He also had a recurring role in the sitcom 8 Simple Rules as Donny Doyle, the son of the annoying neighbour.
Luckinbill has acted in the feature films Crush (2000), Boys to Men (2001), Just Married (2003), Sleepover (2004), 5 Stages of Grief (2005), The Shadow Effect (2006), and Home of the Brave (2006).
He has appeared in the made-for-TV movies Generation Gap (2002), Bobby Cannon (2005) and Protect and Serve (2007); and in the direct-to-video release Task Force 2001 (2000).
Luckinbill also starred in the MTV documentary True Life, and appeared in Madonna's "Don't Tell Me" video as the cowboy who was thrown from his horse at the end of the song.
He has been married to Y&R co-star Amelia Heinle since March 2007.
