Jennifer Freeman is an American actress best known for her starring role as Claire Kyle in the television sitcom My Wife and Kids, from 2001-2005. She replaced Jazz Raycole in the role.
When she was nine years old, Freeman was "discovered" by a talent manager who noticed her in a grocery store checkout line.
Shortly thereafter she started modeling and doing television commercials.
When her family moved to Bakersfield, California, Jennifer kept in touch with her manager. Later, the family moved back to the Los Angeles area to show their support in helping Jennifer pursue her dream of acting.
Her television credits include 7th Heaven, Lizzy McGuire and Disney's Even Stevens. She also appeared in movies The Seventies and the independent film The Visit.
Her stage credits include the Los Angeles-area productions of The Wiz, in which she played Dorothy, and Billa in The Gift.
Jennifer lives in Long Beach, California, with her family. In her spare time she likes to write, sing, swim, rollerblade, cook, dance, play basketball, and shop.
