Bio
Tequan Richmond is an American actor best known for his role as younger brother Drew Rock in the television sitcom Everybody Hates Chris, from 2005-2009.
In 2004, Richmond appeared as American legend Ray Charles, Jr. (at age 9-10 years old) in the award-winning biographical feature film Ray.
On television, he was one of six hosts for Toon Disney Channel. Richmond has also been on Cold Case, ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, MADtv, The Shield and Strong Medicine.
In addition, he has appeared in a variety of fashion shows, as well as numerous national commercials including spots for Spalding basketball with the Boston Celtic's Paul Pierce and Toys "R" Us.
He's also been in various national print ads, including Scott's Turfbuilder lawn fertilizer and Nestlé. When he's not acting, Richmond enjoys playing basketball, golfing and playing video games on his PS2.
He also loves bowling, riding go-carts and eating sushi. In addition, he is always on the lookout for another pair of sneakers to add to his forever-growing sneaker collection.
A native of Burlington, North Carolina, he currently lives in Los Angeles.
