Bio
After graduating high school at the age of 15, Eric Lively moved to New York to study photography and found himself with a short-lived career as a model, participating in campaigns such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Levi's.
After a chance meeting with the producers of American Pie in New York, he was offered a small role in the movie and immediately landed a role in the TV show Family's So Weird.
Since then he has gone on to become best known for his TV roles as Doug Reynolds in Modern Men and Mark Wayland on The L Word.
He's also starred in the TV film Original Picture Speak, written and directed by Oscar-winner Jessica Sharzer. Speak premiered at Sundance, competed in and won many indie film competitions, including AFI's.
Some of his other credits include Jon Avnet's Golden Globe Award-winning Uprising, Crash Course, written by Oscar and Emmy Award-winning Thomas Rickman, The Pact and the short-lived A Minute with Stan Hooper.
Lively is currently working on Butterfly Effect 2, with Erica Durance (who plays Lois Lane in Smallville).
In the film, Lively plays Nick Larson, a young man who can travel through time and change events of the past, leading to unexpected consequences in the present.
