Vanessa Lengies is a Canadian actress best known for her starring role as Roxanne Bojarski in the television drama series American Dreams, from 2002-2005.
She also starred as Kelly Epson on the medical drama series Hawthorne, from 2009-2011 and on the sitcom Mixology, in 2014.
Lengies has been acting professionally since childhood, beginning her career working on such popular Canadian TV series as Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Radio Active.
She made her American series regular debut when she was cast as Roxanne Bojarski on the drama series American Dreams, which portrayed Philadelphia in the era of American Bandstand. Her work on the show earned her a Teen Choice Award nomination.
Lengies' film credits include such movies as Stick It, Waiting, The Perfect Man and My Suicide, which won the Crystal Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival for Best Feature Film - Generation 14 plus.
Lengies lives in Los Angeles and enjoys all things art, as well as outdoor life. Though born and raised in Montreal, her culturally diverse background of Egyptian and German has given her a love of travel and education.
