Bio
Emily is 17 and is a Grade 12 student from Kirstenhof in Cape Town. Emily loves dancing, drama and djemba drumming, enjoying the creative expression and mind/body coordination that all these activities offer.
She practices yoga and completed the Narcanon Peer Counseling course where she learnt how to combat drug use amidst her peers using physical exercise techniques and emotional tactics for an all round healthier well-being.
Her immediate goal is achieve an excellent matriculation. Her long-term goal is to work part-time in 2007, in order to help finance her tertiary education. Emily wants to study a B.Com Economic and Marketing fulltime in 2008 at the University of Cape Town and aspires to be in advertising.
Emily has achieved her International Computer Drivers License and consequently won an award for computer literacy. Emily also enjoys athletics, hockey and cross-country running.
