Thato is an 18 years old Grade 12 student from Douglasdale, Johannesburg. In addition to English, Thato speaks Sepedi, Setswana and isiZulu.
She is a netball fanatic and also loves touch rugby. She is also an adrenalin junkie and has bungi-jumped.
The entrepreneurial spirit is alive in Thato - she and her sister started a contract cleaning service this year. The company was established to help empower women who have no resources to help themselves.
Thato was 1st runner up Miss Fourways High and was crowned Miss Inter High in 2005.
