Boris McGiver is an American actor who has appeared as a recurring character in the television series Law & Order, Kidnapped and The Wire.
He has had guest appearances on television shows such as New York Undercover, Third Watch, Rescue Me, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Canterbury's Law.
He has also appeared in several movies including Little Odessa (1994), Connie and Carla (2004), Taxi (2004), The Pink Panther (2006) and Dark Matter (2007).
