Margarita Levieva is Russian-born American actress best known for her role as Marcy Collins in the drama series Vanished, in 2006.
A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Levieva began the rigorous training program of a competitive gymnast at the age of three.
As a member of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics Olympic team, Levieva continued to train for the next 13 years, winning competitions in Russia and eventually going on to compete in the United States.
When she was 11, Levieva’s mother moved her and her twin brother to New York where she later studied economics at New York University. Her true passion, however, had always been acting and she was accepted into the Meisner Training Program at the William Esper Studio.
In 2004 she made her acting debut in the feature film Billy's Choice. She has since also appeared in the feature films Noise (2006) and The Invisible (2007)
She has also had guest roles on the television show Law & Order: Trial by Jury and has appeared in the television pilots: What’s Not to Love?, N.Y. 70 and The Prince.
