Tshidiso Mokoena is a South African television presenter best known for hosting the youth talk show Heart Core on SABC1, from January to April, 2008.
Hailing from Durban, Mokoena studied civil engineering at the Mangosuthu Technikon from 2005, winning the institution's "Mr Mangosuthu Contest" in 2005/6.
Having wanted to be on television since he was in primary school, his dream came true when he won an audition to be a news presenter on the SABC1 Kids News.
He began presenting the talk show Heart Core on 24 January 2008.
Mokoena enjoys listening to music, playing sports including rugby and soccer, and hanging out with friends.
