Alessandro Juliani is a Canadian actor and singer best known for his role as Tactical Officer Lieutenant Felix Gaeta on the sci-fi television series Battlestar Galactica, from 2004-2009.
A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, Alessandro Juliani makes his living as an actor, singer, sound designer and composer.
In addition to his series-regular role as Lt. Felix Gaeta on Battlestar Galactica, his on-camera credits include the feature films Elegy, Chaos Theory and The Score; the acclaimed short film Blue Skies/Heart; and supporting roles on the series Dark Angel, Jeremiah, Stargate SG-1 and the mini-series events Taken and Legend of Earthsea.
On stage, Juliani has appeared across North America, including in the Canadian premiere of Mary Zimmerman's Metamorphoses, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Fiddler on the Roof, and in a Jessie Richardson Theatre Award-winning turn in Twelfth Night.
Juliani has composed original music and created soundscapes for recent theatrical productions of Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Troilus and Cressida, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Vigil, Vincent in Brixton, Equus and Skydive.
