Shaun Arnolds (1966 - 10 May, 2009) was a South African actor best known for his role as Ougat (and later Jacky Adams) in the SABC1 drama series Interrogation Room, from 2004-2007.
He played the role of Ougat in the first two seasons, but changed his character to Jacky Adams for the third season.
Arnolds appeared in numerous other television series, including Fishy Feshuns, Madam & Eve, Charlie Jade, Going Up Again, Orion, Scandal!, Ella Blue and Shooting Stars.
Feature films he acted in include Sexy Girls (1997), From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money (1999), Pirates of the Plain (1999), Heaven (2004) and Dollars and White Pipes (2004).
He has also acted in numerous stage plays, including Asjas Passie (1994), Kinkels Innie Kabel (1994), Paradise is Closing Down (1995), Karnaval (1995), Texas Blood Money (1998), Suip (2000), Poison (2004) and Twaalfde Nag (2007).
In April 2008 he appeared in the SABC2 mini-series Malan en Kie, playing the role of Rich.
On 10 May, 2009 Arnolds died when he attempted to cross an intersection in Cloeteville, outside Stellenbosch. According to police he did not use a pedestrian crossing and was hit by a bakkie, killing him instantly. He was 42.
