Bio
Dean Norris is an American actor best known for his starring role as Hank Schrader in the television drama series Breaking Bad, from 2008-2013.
He is also known for his role as W.D. Twitchell in the short-lived television horror series Tremors in 2003, appearing as a regular cast member in all 13 episodes.
His film credits include Linewatch, starring Cuba Gooding Jr., a Farrelly brothers film The Heartbreak Kid, Little Miss Sunshine,Evan Almighty and American Gun.
He has also starred in movies such as The Negotiator, Starship Troopers, The Firm, The Cell, Gattaca, The Last Seduction, Total Recall, Lethal Weapon 2 and Terminator 2.
On television, Norris has played several agent-type characters in his acting career. He has had recurring roles in The West Wing, Windfall, American Dreams, Grey’s Anatomy and Nip/Tuck, and appeared in the HBO TV movie Mrs. Harris.
He also appeared on the hit series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Bones and Saving Grace.
Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, Norris graduated from Harvard University with honours and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
Married with five children, Norris resides in Los Angeles.
