Bio
Anne Dudek is an American actress best known for her roles as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks, and as Dr. Amber Volakis in the television medical drama series House, from 2007-2008.
She is also known for her television roles as Francine Hanson on Mad Men (2007-2010) and as Lura Grant on Big Love, from 2007-2011.
She also starred as Danielle Brooks, a married mother of two and Annie Walker's older sister who knows nothing of Annie's life as a spy, in the action television series Covert Affairs.
A graduate of the Northwestern University Theatre Program, Dudek worked steadily in theatre upon graduation.
She starred on Broadway in the comedy Wrong Mountain and received several awards for her performances off-Broadway and at Hartford Stage in productions of The Iphigenia Cycle and The Glass Menagerie.
Dudek transitioned to television with a lead role on the BAFTA-nominated UK comedy series, The Book Group, in which she starred for two years.
In addition to recurring roles on Bones, Big Day and Less Than Perfect, she has guest starred on Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother, Law And Order: Criminal Intent, ER, Friends and Six Feet Under, in which she played Peter Krause's love interest.
On the feature side, Dudek has starred in such films as Brad Silberling's 10 Items Or Less with Morgan Freeman and Bobby Cannavale, the ensemble comedy Park and The Wayans Brothers' hit comedy White Chicks.
A native of Newton, Massachusets, Dudek currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their son.
