Kelli Kirkland (formerly credited as Kelli Kirkland Powers) is an American actress and television presenter best known as the host of the design reality makeover television series Takeover My Makeover, in 2006.
Kelli was born in New York, but divided her childhood days between Brooklyn and Northern California. With an affinity for acting since the age of six, she moved to Los Angeles when she turned 18 and studied theatre and English literature at UCLA.
After earning her bachelor's degree, she studied improvisation for five years at the world-famous Groundlings Theatre. She has appeared in numerous commercials and television shows.
Kirkland Powers has spent many years as a volunteer for the D.A.R.E. America program, which aims to keep kids in school and off drugs. She is also a volunteer at the Women's Care Cottage, which provides resources and support to homeless women and children throughout Los Angeles.
Takeover My Makeover was her first primetime hosting series.
