Destiny Lightsy is an American actress, singer and dancer who serves as the co-host for the third season of MTV's reality game show Yo Momma. She has appeared in the movies You Got Served, Fat Albert and Pissed.
A student of renowned choreographer Fatima Robinson, who she met at a national commercial audition, Lightsy has mastered that unique style of dance movement.
She's worked with high profile entertainers such as Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Missy Elliot, Jamie Foxx, Christina Aguilera, Chris Brown, Ciara, and her idol, the late Aaliyah.
In 2004, her dancing skills landed her featured dancer spots in 20th Century Fox's Fat Albert: The Movie and Sony Pictures' You Got Served.
Lightsy can also be seen in David La Chapelle's 2005 documentary Rize, a film that chronicles the practice of vividly extreme dance forms such as krumping and clowning in south central Los Angeles.
Other credits include co-hosting the NBC series Goosehead, spots on MAD TV and Comedy Central's Mind of Mencia. She has also appeared on numerous television specials and award shows.
On stage, she has played the roles of Estella in West Side Story, Aunt Polly in Tom Sawyer, and Princess Jasmine in Aladdin.
