Your dance history/experience:
I went overseas and had a good dancing coach and danced with lots of companies in my career.
In 2005 I went to New York to do Ballet for 3 months, in 2006 I went to San Francisco to dance for 3 months and in 2008 I went to San Francisco and Canada to dance.
I’ve done Swan Lake, Don Que, Coppelia, The Nutcracker and Me & You.

What will you do with the R250 000 if you win?
I will build my grandmother a house because she is the one who sent me to dance and she raised me.
What will you bring to the competition that is different?
I will bring lots of experience and respect for the other dancers.
What’s your message for your soon-to-be fans?
For the guys in the townships. They must never think dancing is for girls only. I’m from Khayelitsha and I’m a professional dancer and I’m a guy so you can do whatever you want if you want. So stop carrying guns and start making a better life for yourselves.
