Bio
Andrew Winter is a British property expert and television personality best known for hosting a series of television programmes called Selling Houses.
Andrew started his career in estate agency at the young age of 17 and sold his first home within a matter of months. He started his career with a Bristol based agency who gave him terrific house sales skills.
He later spent some years at a firm of Chartered Surveyors fine tuning his house selling skills, and combining it with inside knowledge of construction, structural issues, building faults and problems.
Andrew spent many years working in The Cotswold’s, selling country cottages, derelict barns, and never went anywhere without a pair of wellies.
To expand his career further he made the big move to London and spent a few years in Central London selling apartments and townhouses in the west end.
For eight years Andrew was a partner of an agency in the Canary Wharf area of London dealing with property investments, management, sales, new developments, and furnishing homes for clients.
In 2002 his career gained an added angle as presenter of Channel 4's Selling Houses. He also hosted Selling Houses Australia and Selling Houses Abroad, in 2007.
