Bio
David Noroña is an American actor best known for his role as compassionate guidance counselor Gary Deitman on the television drama series Six Feet Under, from 2001-2002.
He currently co-stars opposite Brooke Shields as smart-lipped friend and lawyer Sal Rosa in the drama series Lipstick Jungle, by Sex and the City scribe Candace Bushnell.
Noroña made his Broadway debut in the buff opposite Tony Award-winners Nathan Lane and John Glover in Love! Valour! Compassion!. An Ovation Award nomination followed soon after for his portrayal of Irving Berlin in Tin Pan Alley Rag.
Most recently, he received critical acclaim for originating yet another biographical role: Frankie Valli in La Jolla's smash production of Jersey Boys.
Other TV appearances include In Treatment, CSI: Miami, Monk, Boston Legal and Frasier, to name a few.
Outside of acting, Noroña's work as co-creator and co-lyricist of the groundbreaking musical Paradise Lost: Shadows and Wings recently garnered not only rave reviews, but 10 Ovation Award nominations, including Best New Musical.
A Miami native, Cuban-American Noroña currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and his three sons.
