She's The One is a South African reality competition produced by Cheeky Media in which a group of pre-selected female contestants do their best to win challenges and impress the judges to have a chance at walking away with a number of prizes.
"It's about more than a look. It's about being the right girl in the right place, at the right time. She's got to have attitude, business savvy, and be ready to take on the world. She's picture-perfect and she knows how to use it."
These women have been given the chance of a lifetime. Every week a challenge is put forward and the girl that has the drive and determination, the street smarts and the right attitude, will be given the tools to take over the media world and an amazing grand prize to catapult her into the limelight.
To be chosen as the "The One", this women requires perseverance, drive and determination.
The judges know what it takes to make it in Mzansi's tough media world. They guide the ladies through the challenges and every week one girl is eliminated from the show until we find the girl that proves "She's The One".
The show was hosted by Lunga Shabalala in Season 1 when it aired on SABC3, with stand-up comedian Tumi Morake and industry all-rounder Kojo Baffoe serving as judges.
The show moved to e.tv for Season 2 with new host Thapelo Mokoena. Returning judges Morake and Baffoe were joined by new judge Belinda Driemeyer.
The series is produced by Cheeky Media, with executive producers Janez Vermeiren and Yusuf Stevens.
