Lenyalo Ha se Papadi is a South African sitcom which revolves around a couple in the process of getting a divorce who still have to live under the same roof together.
The series follows Mpho and Desmond as they navigate co-parenting, finances, family and attempting to date, all while having to do this living under the same roof as they wait for the divorce to be finalised.
After 15 years of being a devoted wife and mother of two to a caring, yet neglectful workaholic husband, 40-year-old Mpho reaches her breaking point and asks for a divorce.
Expecting a smooth process, things take a dramatic turn for the worse when Mpho realises she cannot afford to move out of their marital home as the divorce process unfolds - and neither can her husband.
Both are trapped. Who will crack first?
