The Media Career Guide Show is a South African educational television series aimed at giving viewers key insight on media careers by interviewing industry experts on how they got into the media industry and providing key advice on how to make it in the world of film, television, radio and music media industries.
The series premiered on SABC1 on Monday 10 October 2011, at 18h00. New episodes broadcast weekly. There are 13 half-hour episodes in the series.

The show takes viewers behind-the-scenes of film, television, music and radio industries in South Africa.
Each episode features interviews with professionals from different industries, giving insight into various careers. The show also provides information on courses for particular careers, as well as offering helpful tips on how to get into these industries.
Viewers will not only learn about directing, acting and being radio presenter, but will also learn about being a production manager, a visual effect artist and a music compiler.
