When a filmmaker convinces a film crew to help him make a documentary about a 13-year-old assassin in the Cape Flats, reality and fiction blur as they expose a world that's too vicious and horrible to contemplate.
In the movie a white filmmaker tries to persuade a film crew to help him shoot a documentary in the notorious Cape Flats.
The idea is to follow the emergence of a "bokkie" - a 13-year-old hitman who's too young to be prosecuted as an adult for his crimes and who is only too willing to become a contract killer to escape the cycle of poverty.
The question is: how far will one filmmaker go for his art? Is he willing to become an accessory to murder?
