Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie is a British reality/documentary series focusing on Jack Osbourne's globe-trekking six-month quest to get in physical and mental shape.
The series is presented through Osbourne's point-of-view and features trainers 'Mike and Bean' as well as appearances by his parents Ozzy and Sharon.
The series originally premiered in the UK on ITV2 in 2005. There are three seasons to date.

Season 3 - subtitled "The Recruits" - premiered on go on Monday 3 March 2008, at 20h30. There are eight episodes in the season.
Synopsis
The show documents Osbourne running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain following a strict exercise regimen in the French Alps; Muay Thai training in Thailand which involves daily five-mile runs, six-hour training sessions, fasting and enemas; and 'an overall 180-degree mental make-over'.
This observational documentary follows Jack’s every emotional up and down, as he prepares for a journey few people would dare to take on both physically and mentally.
