Tamasin's Great British Classics is a British cooking series in which chef and food writer Tamasin Day-Lewis gets back to basics by celebrating British classics using the best of local produce.

Synopsis
Best-selling author and respected chef Tamasin Day-Lewis plays food detective as she sources the finest ingredients and seeks out local producers to create mouth-watering classic British meals.
With her typical energy, passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of food, Tamasin demonstrates each recipe step-by-step in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of her rustic kitchen.
Dishes include a sumptuous roast turkey Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, the quintessential English Hot Pot, marinaded haunch of venison with elderflower and port jelly plus a succession of delicious deserts such as crumbles, cobblers and a treacle tart.
