Andries Hendrik Potgieter and Wiaan Fourie from the Toerbroers travel agency have launched a new project.
Andries and Wiaan, also known as members of the music group DZL, realised there are young people who completed matric but don't know where to find an opportunity which will help them secure a better future.
In Toerbroers: Jou Toekoms, Andries and Wiaan initially take 45 students, called "joggies" (jockeys), under their wing and show them what a career in nature conservation and tourism looks like.
This group is quickly whittled down to 25, then 15 and finally a Top 10.
After that, one person will be eliminated every episode, but all 45 participants will still be seen throughout the series.
The top 15 "joggies" will reside permanently on the Toerbroers campus, where they will attend courses, complete tasks and, most importantly, gain practical experience as part of their personal development.
Over 13 episodes, the "joggies" will get a glimpse of what they will learn and experience during their 12-month accredited tourism course.
Through Toerbroers courses, young nature lovers can earn a variety of NQF Level Four and NQF Level Five certificates.
Each week, a challenge is set, and the top three "joggies" are rewarded with work and training opportunities at Toerbroers and their partners.
The final top four will walk away with prizes and opportunities.
The participants earn points for their tasks, and you can expect plenty of surprises, twists and intrigue.
The series is sponsored by Toerbroers, who call themselves "the largest Afrikaans travel agency in the world", and viewers will see Andries and Wiaan visit educational institutions, animal organisations and travel destinations alongside guests, and in the process, also get to know the "joggies".

In the Season 4 premiere, "True Conviction": In November 2000, a successful real estate broker called James Mosqueda and his fiancée, Amy Kitchen, were discovered shot to death at their house in Dallas, Texas.
They were both in their 20s, and the man convicted of their murder was James's own cousin, 28-year-old Ivan Cantu.
At trial, the jury heard how he had killed them amid simmering family jealousies and a desire to steal drugs and cash he believed James had at the house from selling drugs.
In an instant, three families' lives were torn apart.
Ivan Cantu was sentenced to be executed for his crime in 2001 and transferred to death row.
There he protested his innocence for almost 20 years, before a true crime podcast came to his aid.
Cousins by Blood raises questions around Ivan's case and spawns a growing campaign that attracts celebrity support, including from Kim Kardashian.
It also sheds light on new evidence that Cantu's legal team hope will grant him not only a stay of execution but a new hearing and potential freedom.
The victims' families, however, never doubt Cantu's guilt, believing him a violent man who was jealous of his cousin.
To Amy Kitchen's brother, Mark Kitchen, he has been attempting to lie his way out of facing justice for more than 20 years with what he describes as 'the circus'.
In September 2023, the state set a new date for the execution.
