Synopsis
Indulge your sweet tooth as celebrity chef James Martin gives us the most comprehensive guide to desserts, puddings and cakes yet.
James has been in love with cooking and particularly sweets since he first picked up a spatula as a child. In a trip down memory lane, James visits Castle Howard (the place where he grew up) and his old school, before ending up at his current home with its organic garden.
Returning to his roots, James uses each location as inspiration for his delightful desserts, cooking some of his favourite – from passionfruit soufflé to chocolate and orange cheesecake.
