Season 19
A new edition of America's Next Top Model, created and hosted by Tyra Banks, returns with new partners, new talent and a new judge – the viewer.
The women will battle it out to earn the prestigious title of America's Next Top Model and compete for a career-launching prize package that includes new partners Smashbox Cosmetics, Nine West and Nylon Magazine.
The winner will receive prizes including: a fashion feature in Nylon Magazine, as well as $100,000 cash and campaigns with Nine West and Smashbox Cosmetics, in addition to a modeling contract with LA/NY Models and being named the face of America's Next Top Model perfume Dream Come True.
America's Next Top Model is bringing on top fashion talent this cycle. In addition to famed stylist Johnny Wujek as photo shoot creative consultant, known for his work with Katy Perry, the show is also introducing its first-ever social media correspondent, top fashion blogger Bryanboy, who even has a handbag named after him by Marc Jacobs.
Bryanboy will use his extensive knowledge of both fashion and social media to mentor the models and highlight the scores, comments and video messages from the viewers that will be revealed in the show during judging.
In addition to the panel of judges, which includes Banks, fashion public relations maven Kelly Cutrone and new judge, former boxer and international male supermodel Rob Evans, fan voting will play a factor in who stays and who goes in the competition.
Over the course of production, fans had numerous opportunities each week to vote online, through social media and via mobile to choose their favourite contestants based on photo shoots taken during production. These scores were added to scores from Banks and the judges to help determine who was eliminated throughout the cycle.
Also, in a new twist, the girls who have already been eliminated were given the opportunity to return to the competition via votes on their photo shoot pictures, which allowed the audience the chance to save their favourite model. Fans will have to tune in to see how their votes impacted the competition.
America's Next Top Model is produced by 10 by 10 Entertainment in association with The Tyra Banks Company. The executive producers are Ken Mok (Making the Band), Tyra Banks and Laura Fuest Silva. The series was created by Tyra Banks and developed by Mok and Kenya Barris.
