Are We There Yet? is an American television sitcom developed by Ali LeRoi and based on characters created by Steven Gary Banks and Claudia Graziolo for the 2005 feature film of the same name, which revolves around a family adjusting to the new addition of the matriarch's new husband and trying to deal with normal family situations.

Teala Dunn and Coy Stewart co-star as Nick and Suzanne's children, 14-year-old Lindsey and 10-year-old Kevin. Keesha Sharp is Suzanne's best friend and coworker, Gigi, who has a taste for men and the finer things in life.
Special guest star Ice Cube plays Suzanne's brother, Terrence. Recurring characters include Nick's best friend, Martin, played by comedian Christian Finnegan and Suzanne's mother, Marilyn, played by Telma Hopkins.
In the Season 2 premiere, "The Mr. Himdependent Episode": Nick lands a job as a regional TV station's sports anchor. Elsewhere, Suzanne's ex-husband pushes the idea of paying less child support, creating tension in Suzanne and Nick's marriage.
Also, Terrence asks Suzanne and Gigi to plan a friend's bachelor party.
