Season 2
Paradise Hotel is an American reality competition television series devised by Howard Davidson and Phil Roberts and produced by Mentorn USA in which a group of single people live in a luxurious hotel resort, competing to see who can stay in the hotel the longest.
Periodically, someone is removed from the show and others are brought in to replace them.
The series premiered in the USA on FOX on 18 June, 2003. There was a four-year hiatus after which the second season premiered on MyNetworkTV and FOX Reality Channel on 4 February, 2008. There are 46 hour-long episodes in two seasons.
Paradise Hotel premiered in South Africa on DStv's M-Net Series channel in 2004.
Season 2 premiered on M-Net Series on Friday 5 September 2008, at 19h00. There are 16 episodes in the second season.

Season 2 Synopsis
Paradise Hotel 2 features a mix of 11 male and female singles living, playing and hooking-up with one another in a secluded resort for the chance to win a cash prize.
As in the show's first season, the singles will have to find a partner of the opposite sex to share a room with, and the contestant left without a roommate at the end of each pairing ceremony will have to leave the hotel.
Paradise Hotel's original edition allowed home viewers to become new hotel guests by logging onto the show's Fox website and nominating themselves.
Two viewers were then brought in-studio and had to win a game where the hotel's current occupants decided (via satellite) which of the two would be the next new guest, with the studio winner literally leaving immediately after the show and flying to the resort to appear on the next episode as a hotel guest.
While new guests will still be brought in for Paradise Hotel 2, they are cast by the show's producers and viewers won't be able to nominate themselves for the chance to appear on the show.

Myrna (22) is the new female in paradise, she came in episode 10, knocking Tanya out. She is a fashion designer from Los Angeles, CA. Her official profile states she is "spoiled, cunning, high maintenance."
Nate
Nathan "Nate" Clutter (25) worked at a call centre in Phoenix, AZ. His official profile states he is "articulate, smart, and courteous". Nathan committed suicide on October 12, 2007 shortly after production wrapped on Paradise Hotel 2. He killed himself by jumping off of an Altel cellular telephone tower, though his death was covered by the show's networks by saying he was killed in a climbing accident in Amarillo, TX. Nathan's family and the producers decided to keep Nathan's scenes in the full run of the episodes.
