Season 63
For the first time in its 62-year history, the finale of the Miss South Africa pageant was hosted in Cape Town.
Miss South Africa 2020 was crowned at The Table Bay hotel in an event which was screened live on M-Net and Mzansi Magic, and streamed live for a paying international audience.
The pageant was hosted by actress Nomzamo Mbatha. The judges for the finals were Zozibini Tunzi, Peggy-Sue Khumalo, Anele Mdoda, Kim Engelbrecht and Leandie du Randt.
Miss South Africa 2020 took home a package of prizes and sponsorships allegedly worth in excess of R3-million.
The winner received R1-million in cash from the Miss South Africa Organisation, as well as the use of a fully furnished and serviced apartment at Central Square with interior décor by Enza Home and a Mercedes Benz C200 Cabriolet for the year of her reign.

The 1st runner-up took home R250,000, the 2nd runner-up got R100,000 and all 10 finalists received R25,000.
The first round judges were presenter Anele Mdoda and former Miss South Africa title holders Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala (2010), Liesl Laurie (2015) and Adè van Heerden (2017).
For the first time in the history of the Miss South Africa pageant, the top three finalists were chosen to represent the country at the world's three most prestigious pageants: Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Supranational.
Performers at the live event were MiCasa, Sho Madjozi, Ami Faku, Jimmy Nevis and Sun El-Musician.
The 10 finalists, vying for the Top 3 places and the ultimate prize of Miss South Africa 2020, were (in alphabetical order of their first names):
Aphelele Mbiyo (24)
Aphelele was born in Mthata and raised in Port Elizabeth but currently lives in Johannesburg.
She holds a BA in Integrated Marketing Communications.
Busisiwe Mmotla (27)
Busisiwe is from Soweto and is a Senior & FET Phase teacher who graduated from the University of Johannesburg.
She is currently studying for a diploma in personal training.
Chantelle Pretorius (24)
Chantelle is from Tshwane, Gauteng.
She is a full-time international model who is also finishing her B.Com Business Management degree through UNISA and has a diploma in nutrition.
Jordan van der Vyver (25)
Jordan comes from Greenpoint, Cape Town, and is a full-time model who spends her time between local and international markets.
Karishma Ramdev (25)
Karishma hails from Chatsworth in KwaZulu-Natal.
She is now based in Joburg working as a medical doctor at the Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital.
Lebogang Mahlangu (24)
Lebogang is from Soshanguve, Gauteng.
She is a food scientist working in research and development for a large multi-national.
Melissa Nayimuli (24)
Melissa is from Butterworth in the Eastern Cape but now lives in Sunninghill, Johannesburg where she works as an account manager for a marketing agency.
Natasha Joubert (23)
Natasha is from Centurion, Tshwane.
She has a B.Com in Marketing Management and works in PR at a firm of attorneys.
Shudufhadzo Musida (24)
Shudufhadzo comes from Ha-Masia in Limpopo and has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pretoria.
She is currently doing her BA Honours in International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand.
Thato Mosehle (25)
Thato hails from Klerksdorp in the North West and is a medical doctor currently completing her internship with the aim of becoming an anaesthesiologist.
Miss South Africa was presented by Weil Entertainment in association with M-Net, Mzansi Magic, Sun International, Brand South Africa and the City of Cape Town.
