Season 7
Melrose Place, a spin-off of the teen hit Beverly Hills 90210, is an interesting drama of young beautiful adults living in an apartment complex dealing with love, hope and dreams whilst juggling their careers and relationships.
Firstly there's Dr Michael Mancini, an ambitious young doctor who gets his kicks from cheating on his wife and manipulating people in his quest for power.
The doctor's wife is Jane Andrews Mancini, a beautiful fashion designer who eventually tires of her husband's philandering ways.
In another apartment we have Billy Campbell, a writer who eventually moves into the ad world by joining an agency named D&D. The love of Billy's life is his roommate Alison Parker, an ad exec who deals with the burden of alcoholism and doomed romances.
Another resident is Jake Hanson, a nice guy who goes through many tempestuous love affairs. There is also Matt Fielding, a quiet guy who leads an openly gay lifestyle and JoBeth Reynolds, a charming tender loving girl who falls for Jake.
Sydney Andrews, a cunning red-headed vixen, is Jane's younger sister who moves in with Jane and Michael and wreaks havoc in Jane's life when she has an affair with Michael and becomes his third wife.
Lastly there is the beautiful, sexy Amanda Woodward, a spunky businesswoman who knows how to toy with men both in the boardroom and in the bedroom.
Later seasons of Melrose Place brought other characters to the popular drama, like the dangerous Dr Peter Burns, spoilt debutante Brooke Armstrong and the psychotic Dr Kimberly Shaw, who has an unhealthy obsession with Michael.
Melrose Place is a show filled with intense drama as the residents deal with murder, seduction, betrayal, kidnapping, etc.
