I have been very observant about this issue and i decided that i will no longer keep quiet about it anymore . Can you imagine the positive impact that our musicians and actors have on the economy of the state and the entertainment industry at large , but when they die we give them all the respect in the world . Now my question is - Should we put the blame on their agencies , their families ,recording labels , the media , the government or just the supporters?
On the list we've got the likes of Ray Ntlokwana , Mahlathini ,Makhendlas, Gibson and Dambisa Kente , Ndaba Mhlongo and yes- Brenda Fassie and i can assure you that it's not only them who have been victims of such as this comes a very long way .
When have you not seen it on the SAMA a dead artist being given an award , and the the answer is a clear "never ". One would argue and say we've seen it happening , and my question would - How often ?
Enough of the questions now because i'm gonna begin to bore you and i don't want that to happen coz i value so much bloggers and once again thanks guys for the responses yesterday - The Potato is really getting hotter and hotter .
