Fave TV show of all time: It would have to be The Bachelor on Series Channel - my mom watches it every Friday night so I got hooked and started loving it.
Who's been the best catch on the show? On The Bachelorette: the blonde girl who'd been on as a previous contestant who got through to finale and then she became the Bachelorette herself ... Trista.
On The Bachelor: probably Bob Guiney, I just thought he was such a genuine guy - he wasn't the best looking, he was just a nice person which is why I dig him the most.
Which reality show would you most want to win? If I could sing, Idols but other than that I'd love to be on Big Brother.
When the first Big Brother South Africa came out, sheweee, that was by far my favourite show.
I actually met Mark Pilgrim the other day at Highveld and I said to him that he was one of the big influences on me for becoming a presenter. When I saw his presenting style - I was like, "This is really what I want to go into."
Who did you root for in the season? Of course Ferdinand Rabie - my mom even has his album, it has a yellow cover *laughs*. She just loves TV - reality TV and of course when I come on - every week after 20something my mom and dad call me and say: "You look handsome my boy." *laughs*
What's the movie that you've watched the most number of times? Definitely Braveheart - it's kind of inspirational for me, I love it and I cry at the end of it.
When the guy in charge of army says, "Bleed with Me!" and afterwards they fight and there's a sword in the grass and the poet comes on - it's really touching. Also I've got an Irish background, although Braveheart's about the Scottish, I still feel a connection.
How many times have you watched it? I'm going to sound like a nerd ... in total, throughout my life - about 15 to 20 minutes.
When I was about 11 or 12 I used to watch Babe all the time. Don't put that in okay. *laughs*
When was the last time you kissed someone? This morning before I went to work.
Who did you kiss? My girlfriend.
Is she a long lasting one or a quick fling? A long lasting one - I met her in 2005, after Matric in Kenton-On-Sea - which is where I lived. Her name's Chanel. She came on holiday with her parents, then we each went to a different 'varsity and had a long distance relationship.
I auditioned for the MTV DJ in PE and didn't win there so I flew up to Jo-burg and won there. In 2007 I decided to give up 'varsity to try my luck in the industry so I moved to Jo'burg and we've been together ever since. She's the love of my life and one of the biggest motivators I've had.
When I had down times in 2007, when promises weren't met from people in the entertainment industry - I'm a very empowered as a person but there were a lot of days were you doubt yourself and her and my parents kept me going - I'm very grateful to her and that's why I love her so much.
Your fave word: Mindless.
If a genie granted you wish, what would you wish for? A lifetime of money so I could buy an island, a jet and an island for my parents.
Which do you prefer? Boxers or briefs? A speedo - it gives you the larger size.
Summer or winter? Summer definitely, love the ocean, love the sea and I hate wearing lots of clothes.
Dogs or cats? Dogs.
Steak or chocolate? Steak with mushroom sauce.
France or Japan? France.
Your coolest gadget: My cellphone - I've just got a new one and it's my favourite toy.
A possession you don't have that you really, really want: A sexy car - probably a lamborghini.
Your most memorable moment on 20something: The moment I got goosebumps when I got the call saying I'd made it, I'd done it, I'd got the job on the show. The moment will never leave me, never ever.
I was at my house in Northcliff - what happened was I was going to auditions and helping people here and there, I was struggling - and then when you get the call and someone says they've chosen you out of a lot of people, it's so gratifiying. There's no word to describe the feeling.
I was at home during the weekday 'cos I had nothing else to do. I'd been to the auditions, got the callback and didn't know the call would come on that day - I was just hoping to hear from someone, I was expecting it because I wanted it to come.
