Bittersweet Chatsworth
The use of “sugars”, a mixture of residue cocaine and heroin, added to talcum powder and household detergents, is taking hold in Chatsworth, south of Durban.
Carte Blanche questions why dealers, openly selling this cheap, contaminated drug, have no fear of the police and are becoming more and more brazen in their take-over of the streets.
