e.tv's announced the launch of a new Primetime Zulu and Sotho combo news bulletin. Premiering on Monday, 15 September at 18h00 the half-hour bulletin will be broadcast Mondays to Fridays and will include national, international, business, sports, human interest stories and weather.
Bronwyn Keene-Young, e.tv’s chief operating officer says, "The launch of the Zulu and Sotho bulletins at 18h00 ... provides Zulu and Sotho speaking South Africans the opportunity to watch eNews in their home languages.”
eNews 6pm will be anchored in Sotho by Segametsi Moiloa, who viewers will recognise from e's breakfast show Sunrise.
Broadcast journalist Mabutho Ngcobo, two-time winner of the National Vodacom Journalist of the year award for the Best Radio Feature, will anchor the Zulu segment.
