Dance Dance through life.

I really am having fun and Ballroom is more my thing ... I think - let's wait and see. I just don't know why i get so bloody nervous on the day, but for some reason I feel much less nervous this week.

Personal life's taking a bit of strain, with me being away from home so much. Don't have any food in my fridge and my two small dogs look at me like, "Who is this lady??"

My puppy's had to stay at her gran, I really miss her but it isn't fair to keep her with me if I can't give her attention.

My friend Riaan (Die Nutsman) recently said to me, laughing: "Cindy , listen, be careful - I got divorced after Strictly."

Yes, I understand, you're never at home, sjoe, but luckily I've got a very cute - and very busy man.

This week we're doing the Tango that you have to see - I think it's going to be our best performance yet. It's lekker but my neck and body's soooooooooooooo sore. We couldn't rehearse at the weekend because I had to MC a Bridal Show in Bloemfontein - the people in Bloem are cute and the weather's so great (vrek warm, but great).

YES I LOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEE BLOEMFONTEIN - I could easily live there.

Jonathan's great too! A dream teacher and what a nice guy, genuine, I mean of course he's hot, ( and J will you please post your number on the net so that girls can stop asking me, *laugh*)

Looking forward to seeing my dress for the show. We're doing a fitting with the designer and HEAT is coming to cover it, yikes? Hope they write something nice!

My Salon (Rapid Slimming Spa) is all on track and going well - we're opening on Friday. It's very exciting but aai, it's cost so much money! Business owners - I take my hat off to you!!

There are lekker wedding things coming on Pasella this week, also Steve's book - the launch for it was great and so far ( the book's not quite finsihed yet) it's cool and also very funny - being in the entertainment industry I really do understand so many of the things he talks about.

I've got to get back to rehearsing, today Pasella's coming to shoot a behind-the-scenes insert on Strictly, Yah!! It's gonna be great.

AAAi !!!!!!!!! I can't wait for December - on a farm, a whole month, just myself, my book and the River!

Al the best Cindy for 2moro - Eish your dresses destruct some of us, instead of concentrating on your moves i find myself looking at your beautiful body and Legs!!!!!!!! Damn it should be made illegal to look that "Ridiculously Beautiful"

Loved you're tango on Thursday unfortunately the music was to slow so it did not come of well but your technique was great.

Keep it up. Hope you have a killer routine and concept for the next strictly (if not get a good choreographer to help !!)

Don't worry about the nerves we all forget our routines when the presure is on the only way to counter act this is to practice the routine so that it becomes a natural movement one variation following another rather than a conscious thought.
