Cindy's Thoughts: Week 6

Hello friends

There is so much to say, don't really know where to start, maybe at the beginning.

Last weeks Samba - let me just say that i am glad it's over and i wont miss it. Perhaps Salome is right - I am not exactly Miss Hipswinger. O well, when you are just not good at something, then be good at something else i suppose. Love so many other dances.

This week is the V Waltz and am really looking forward to that. So far my fav is Paso, Tango and Gumboot. Oh Gumboot we only doing this week. LLLLooooooooooooveeee that!! Group Gumboot - think you will like it.

Last week in my VT I said they always pick on the pretty girl, and a few might have taken it the wrong way. I didn't mean, ooh I love myself, I am so pretty .... me me me. Not AT ALL. I actually don't even think I am that pretty at all. In fact I think I am normal and never think of my looks or whatever.

What i did mean is (and the professional dancers who have been in many of the previous shows told me this) is that all the Models, schmodels, XMiss SA's or anyone with a remote title or former title get boxed into "she can't dance because the first beauty queen we ever saw couldn't dance" kind of thing and I want them to look at everyone differently. And decide for themselves whether you can or can't dance based on what they see - regardless of whatever title you once had. That is all I meant.

When I was younger I was never the pretty girl with the silver spoon in her mouth. I had to work very hard for everything I ever wanted, started waitressing at age 15 to pay for modeling dresses and so on -  let me spare you the life story, but the bottom line is.

Hard work is my motto, not oh what a pretty face and boobies she has. That goes away eventually. *Laugh*, even though I must admit at the moment I am really - REALLY, enjoying the dress up thing, what a jol. Also we try come up with amazing ideas every week to keep the viewers - both male and female intrigued - almost certainly you enjoy the outfits.

The Star Newspaper asked who i think gets the "flaunt what your mama gave you" award? __________- Prob Garth. with the spandex pants and bead top I don't even come close to him not even with the little samba nr...... maybe I should wear nipple caps and a g string, yes - *laugh* that will go down well and the producers will fire my bum!!

Most importantly ...............................THANK YOU TO YOU!! THANK YOU FOR VOTING!! ................................. BECAUSE OF YOU WE ARE STILL IN, I am humbled and thankful.

We have some exciting things lined up for the weeks ahead if we make it through, and will work for your votes!

This is really fun - what an amazing experience!!

You would think it gets easier, but every week i worry, every week we stress and think, "this and that and so and so" and make up our own little conspiracy theory. "What if they judges this and that, and too many lifts and so on?"

The only solution seems to be - have fun and dance for yourself and the viewers. So.............So be it!!

Gossip
-------------

This week we had group gumboot rehearsal, it was fun but there was tension at times between some of the boys - at one point we saw a possible raw raw happening. Seems everyone kissed and made up though.

Every one loves it though - I think, and the group get on surprisingly well generally. Must say, getting to know everyone is really an eye opener and makes me realize that everyone is there for a reason, they are all very special, amazing people and I reckon all deserve to win.

Rob, Gugu, Garth, Jonathan, and Me went go carting - of course Gugu won!! - No brainier. Jonathan came second - U go partner.!! Garth and I crashed, it was totally my fault. HIM (superman Garth lifts my car off him with one hand- impressive) and the race goes on. I was last - I suck !! oh no - wanted to show women are good drivers! *laugh* - no luck - oh and am blue from head to toe - charming.

Love you all. Yess!! please vote and write to me!

heeeheheh Cindy, i love your version of gossip...LOL!!!!!!

Shame man. There is no need to explain yourself. People that took that seriously obviously need to get a life. You can say whatever you want to say especially about them judges cause chances are 1:2 that you're right hehehe.

The Village People are never consistent from episode to episode and sometimes-make that most times-in the same episode anyway so it's no wonder you guys stress about what they'll say. Don't mind them, show us that you're having fun on the dance floor and we'll enjoy watching you.

I won't write however. If it's near-impossible for you to find time to respond to posts on your blog, why would you respond anywhere else?

..... the producers will fire "my bum"...... lol, never heard that expression before. Is the white way of saying "my ass". Anyway you're very pretty and don't apologise here... just as long as you dont declare people to be your fans.

ok this is new, never been on blogs before.
Toxic, - sorry i dont always reply  - I am currently working my (for you Foxxy) ass off ( by the way i work for SABC on Pasella and we r contractually requisted to remain family language orientated) But its such a nice word "Ass" laugh. Ja us white girls can learn a lot of spunk from you, we always stand back and be shy< or appropriate or whatever u wanna call it.  - ( have Pasella blog also, but mostly answer letters from my own website, well i have to choose. and my dogs bark at me when i get home - stranger?

Will do Foxxy or shoule I say will yes, and wont, xx

Goldii  - u  sweet, x

Belz -  Thanks and Raw  - Garth and Brandon, thought for a moment there they were gonna have a barney, too many captains steering the ship at that rehearsal, but it was just a fleeting moment and then they were cool again. suppose its kinda bound to happen,

Dugwande - good question, yes we spend a lot of time together - more then with my fiancee, no time for chemistry - we get on well though and there is def a spec bond, i think we will be friends forever. distraction from your normal life --- laugh, what normal life? its a very intimate thing dancing and u get close, but you also want to kill each other some days, almost like a best friend at school, exept he tells me the whole day what to do and i have to do it, so i have learnt at least to stay quiet for long periods. B-)

Thx guys - sommer just for everything, We dance now for youxx
