Saturday night's episode of Popstars wore the sub-title "The Making Of Nne-Vida" and unpacked the process the winning foursome are going through as they record their upcoming album Ready To Fly.
The episode started with Lihle, Zinhle, Lyle and Oscar chatting about their experiences of hearing that they'd made the group and then followed them as they started laying down their first tracks.
In between their recording sessions they went for extra-makeovers, posed a photoshoot for their album cover and turned into hopefuls on the Biggest Loser when everyone around them turned them into exercise freaks.
The reason: they've been spending too much time in the kitchen,
and too much us-time lazing around.
They gymed, contorted through yoga, went running with Lyle as their instructor and found themselves under the whip of Kurt MJ Herman, who choreographed their moves for their first live performance of two of their singles.
They made their debut to an audience of VIP guests and members of the press at an event that took place at Club Movida in downtown Jozi. The two singles that they performed are titled Back Up and If You Let Me.
Here are clips from each for you to ear-play, scrutinize and give your verdict:
