Fab news! ... TVSA blogger Phil Mphela has landed a double-whammy role on a new, second season of SABC1's acting reality show
Class Act.
Phil, who's popularly known on TVSA as
Blaqueboi, covered the
first season of the show extensively last year.
He blogged the live shows on TVSA, critiqued performances and interviewed the contestants, creators and celebrity judges.
The show was so impressed with it his take on it all that he's been signed as a field presenter on the new season and will also be the online face for the series.
On the show: he'll be travelling the country during the auditions, chat to hopefuls, dish the behind-the-scenes goss of the live shows and deliver commentary as the competition unfolds.

The season premieres on Saturday, 23 April and will once more be hosted by actor
Kenneth Nkosi. News about the audition dates and venues will be announced round the country this week. We'll keep you posted as soon as we have the details.
