The first Idols performance show kicks off this Sunday (24 July) with each of the Top 15 performing a contemporary hit.
As you probably know, the Top 15 haven't been fully decided yet. Two contenders have been up for the 15th spot this week: Josslynn Hlenti (20) from Durban and Kerry Sanssoucie (22) from Jozi.
Viewers have voted for their fave between them, voting lines closed on Monday night (18 July) at 22h00 and the votes have been tallied. The winner between them will be announced on the show before the performances start, which means one of them
won't get to perform.
Each has prepared a song: if Josslynn takes the spot she'll be performing Because Of You by Kelly Clarkson. Kerry's choice: Don't Speak by No Doubt.
Here's what everyone else will be singing:
Chloe Geldenhuys: Raise Your Glass by Pink
Crushanda Forbes: Alone by Heart
David van Vuuren: With Or Without You by U2
Dené Vorster: Bad Romance by Lady Gaga
Erin Fourie: All These Things That I’ve Done by The Killers
