The who's who of the Hollywood TV scene will be out in full force this weekend for the 64th annual Emmy Awards. The ceremony takes place in Los Angeles on Sunday night (23 September) and will air here in the early hours of Monday morning (24th).
Coverage starts on E! Entertainment at midnight (crack of dawn on Monday) with Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic in their signature "Who are you wearing?" roles. The pair will be on the red carpet, chatting to schlebs as they arrive etc.
Kelly Osbourne and Ross Mathews (the Intern) will be in a special E! box above the carpet, looking down, giving their commentary and impressions.
Coverage moves over to M-Net and M-Net HD for a live broadcast of the ceremony at 02h00.
Comedian and TV personality Jimmy Kimmel will be hosting the evening, accompanied by a bevvy of TV star presenters. Notables include Ricky Gervais, Tina Fey, Kerry Washington, vengeful Emily VanCamp, Aziz Ansari and Hayden Panattiere, who's somehow managed to stay relevant even though she's no longer a hero.
On Monday evening M-Net and M-Net HD will be airing a delayed broadcast of the ceremony at 20h30.
Then, on Wednesday (26th), the Fashion Police wrap the red carpet crimes in a one-hour special starting at 21h00.
