Episode 142
Xulu orders Mabuza to tie up Mkhonto after finding out that he has been snitching for Dhlomo. Ayanda and Manzuza comfort Smangele and Mastermind after Amandla’s burial.
Dhlomo shows Captain Mthimkhulu footage of Mabuza stealing dockets. Smangele blames herself for Amandla’s death. Ayanda warns Xulu that they are coming for him.

Episode 143
Mxolisi and Xulu head off to finish the heist. Smangele and Mastermind are shocked to learn about the riot. MaNgcobo warns MaMlambo about the scandal the church could face if Ayanda is given carte blanche in the church. Mxolisi tells the family about MK’s arrest. MaNgcobo worries that MK could spill the beans to the police.

Episode 144
Ayanda is pushed to take action against Xulu when Njabulo walks in on a CPF meeting covered in blood after a hijacking gone wrong. Members of the CPF look to Ayanda to take action or they'll be forced to take matters into their own hands. Ayanda finally takes a questionable stand.
Mastermind and Smangele make peace as Mastermind chooses to leave Xulu's employment and a life of crime. But his commitment is short lived as Mastermind uses Nosipho and steals Xulu’s black book with classified information.
Now it's only the wooden door that separates him from his employer with a gun in hand.

Episode 145
Mastermind is stuck in the Xulu bedroom trying to find various ways of escaping. Dhlomo backs Nonduduzo into a tight corner - she has no choice but to squeal about Mabuza.
Nosipho unknowingly saves Mastermind's behind by questioning her father about the sudden tension between her parents - buying enough time for Ayanda to come and cause havoc in the Xulu household.
The Xulu men teach Ayanda a lesson he will never ever forget, much to the horror of Mangcobo who knows they are beating up her biological son.

Episode 146
Nosipho sees Mastermind escape from the Xulu house. Mabuza learns that Dhlomo is in a top secret meeting with Captain Mthimkhulu. A badly injured Ayanda limps away from the fight with Xulu and Mxolisi. Mabuza is shocked to see Nonduduzo with Dhlomo and Captain Mthimkhulu. Mabuza holds everyone at the police station hostage.

Episode 147
Mabuza refuses to give information on Xulu. MaNgcobo warns Ayanda to stop messing with Xulu. Mxolisi fears Mabuza will rat them out and they must deal with him. Xulu refuses. MaNgcobo is uncomfortable to see the sexual tension between Ayanda and Nosipho. GC tells his friends he could be leaving for Jo’burg.

Episode 148
Xulu discovers that the other prisoners assaulted Mabuza. He fishes if he’s said anything to Dhlomo, and promises to move him to a safer place.
MaNgcobo tries her best to hide the hospital files that she found in Nombuso’s bags. She confirms that no one else has seen them. She’s about to burn them in the fireplace when Xulu walks in. Xulu calls a hit on Ayanda.

Episode 149
Xulu is in rage learning MaNgcobo swapped the DNA tests. Dhlomo wants Mastermind to testify against Xulu in order to save his own school. At the same time, Dhlomo closes in on Xulu, ready to take him down for good. Xulu tries desperately to shield Ayanda from the Hitman he hired to kill him. But all efforts prove worthless.

Episode 150
The community members at the hall welcome Ayanda, while the hitman tries to find a better angle to shoot him. Dhlomo pulls Xulu over and wants to hurl him to the station for questioning.
The hitman struggles to get a good angle to shoot Ayanda. Manzuza tries to warn Ayanda, but he does not take her call. Mxolisi has a confrontation with the CPF Members.

Episode 151
Nkosinathi and Ayanda bond after the anti-crime rally as Nkosinathi shares, with pride, his brother’s success. Xulu battles the crowds and resists CPF members to ensure that Ayanda is safe and sound. But when he finally finds Ayanda, it’s almost out of time as he is forced to gun down his own hitman.

Episode 152
MaNgcobo and Xulu decide to tell MaNzuza the truth. The Mdletshes get the call from the Xulus requesting a meeting. Mxolisi freaks out when MaNgcobo has a goodbye moment with him. She wants one final dinner with the whole family. The Xulus are about to leave for the meeting. Dhlomo arrives and tells Xulu he is coming with him to the station.

Episode 153
MaNzuza and Ayanda confront MaMlambo. They call her all sorts of names and accuse her of witchcraft and of trying to break their family apart. Mastermind is told that the case will go on with or without him.
Xulu panics when he gets home, thinking that MaNgcobo has left with the kids. After a lot of persuasion, they eventually come clean, telling Mxolisi that he is not their son.
Uzalo is on SABC1 Mondays to Wednesdays at 20h30.
