Episode 1
The Bekkers move into their new home and struggle to adapt to their new surroundings in Johannesburg. Schalk receives news about another sponsor for the Stryders while he and Iva try to ignore their feelings for each other. Fafa attempts to accept a big loss.

Episode 2
The Stryders prepare for their first practice session. Gideon tests Schalk’s patience. Iva is overjoyed after her doctor’s appointment. Gideon and Nina have big news for Lorette.

Episode 3
Iva makes a good suggestion regarding the Stryders and Fafa gets a nasty surprise at home. Lorette is still unhappy, but changes her mind temporarily. Denver’s evening is spoiled when Jade arrives with shocking news about her work.

Episode 4
Chrissie is unhappy at her new school. Lorette finally realises her res days are over. Gideon pressurises Tommie about his future plans. Denver feels that Jade is neglecting him.

Episode 5
Gideon tries to convince Schalk to change Reitz’s position in the team. There is a welcoming party for the new players. Koekie and Festus scheme to make sure that Fafa can’t get rid of them.

Episode 6
Schalk and Iva become serious about their relationship while Fafa is still trying to find an au pair for Bella. Nina decides to do something about her fitness and Reitz gets into trouble.

Episode 7
The day of Jade’s presentation has arrived and tension runs high in the Cloete household. Gerald and Laetitia make their appearance. Iva and Schalk prepare for a weekend away, but then something happens that changes their lives forever.

Episode 8
Iva wakes up in terrible pain. Lorette tackles the big move. Captaincy is on the horison and Renate infiltrates the Stryder women. Koekie and Festus are still opposed to Fafa’s new plans. Tension is mounting between Blitz and Reitz.

Episode 9
Nina finally feels like one of the group of rugby ladies and meets the lovely Bibi. Fafa and Schalk remain worried about Iva and the baby’s well-being. The loyalty of some of the Stryders is questioned and Festus and Koekie drive Fafa round the bend.

Episode 10
An announcement leads to unhappiness among some of the Stryder women. Jade receives unexpected news. Laetitia is closer to realising her plans for a television channel. Festus and Koekie try to drive Anja out of the house by giving her more work.

Episode 11
Iva is recovering in hospital and Fafa is struggling to deal with yet another loss. Not only does Laetitia advise Sasha again, but also warns her that her favours come at a price. Jade admits to Nina that she doesn’t know how to tell Denver everything about Lagos.

Jade tells Denver about Lagos and Lorette involves Maryke and the pompom girls in her project. Tommie is unhappy about his new job and Koekie and Festus irritate Anja.

Episode 13
Jade’s revelation about Lagos pushes Denver to ask Simon for advice. Tommie arrives home with bad news for his parents. Maryke makes a suggestion to Lorette that changes Lorette’s approach.

Iva and Fafa’s relationship is troubled. Schalk is on a mission with the case. Renate toys with Jade and Laetitia and Sasha’s plan is in full swing. Blitz mocks Reitz about his secret appointment.

There is tension between Jade and Renate. Chrissie is mysterious about her comings and goings and there’s a surprise in store for Lorette. Denver can’t figure out Jade’s state of mind. Festus and Koekie are making sly plans again and Fafa has more than enough on his plate.

The Stryders process the weekend’s loss. Iva pushes Fafa away. Lorette struggles to eliminate Blitz from her thoughts. Gideon and Nina discover that Chrissie has a secret boyfriend. Renate schemes to improve Simon’s position in the team.

The Bekkers prepare to meet Chrissie’s boyfriend. The pompom girls visit Iva, but things don’t go as planned. Koekie and Festus make Anja’s life as unpleasant as possible and she threatens to tell Fafa about their mischief.

Episode 18
The Bekker family is worried about Chrissie’s relationship with Eksteen. Koekie and Festus drive Anja to breaking point. Denver and Jade still can’t find a middle way and Sasha struts her stuff in front of Maryke and the pompoms before tomorrow’s regional competition.

Episode 19
Denver and Jade are in an uncomfortable space and their marriage is tested. Anja tries her best to establish a relationship between Fafa and Bella. Chrissie is devastated. Schalk is still on the war path to take legal steps against Iva’s doctor.

Episode 20
Chrissie is still sad. Tommie gets bad news. Renate is determined to make Maryke her friend. Things between Fafa and Schalk are difficult. Koekie and Festus try to win Anja over.
