Lindiwe Hani
In her tell-all memoir, Lindiwe Hani, writes about how the assassination of her father sent her on a downward spiral into cocaine and alcohol addiction. Being Chris Hani’s Daughter lays to bare the inedible pain of loss inflicted on her family and especially her; facing her addiction demons and meeting the ‘Mastermind’ behind her father’s assassination and the man who pulled the trigger.
Lindiwe’s father, SACP secretary general, Chris Hani was assassinated on the 10th of April 1993 in the driveway of his home. Lindiwe, who was just 12 years old at that time, shares the long lasting ripple effect of consequences it had for her and her family.
She also discusses the journey leading to the book (co-written with journalist Melinda Ferguson), like meeting Clive Derby-Lewis and Janusz Walus, who she says she ultimately felt empathy for as he was the last man who had seen her father’s face.

Nandi Madida
Nandi Madida has built a successful career for herself in the fields of television presenting, acting, music and most recently with the launch of her own fashion label Colours. She grew accustomed to performing at the age of 4 when she was cast as the lead in a ballet production and has not looked back since.
Nandi’s rise to fame came courtesy of her 2011 single ‘Tonight’, which was produced by DJ Franky. Her debut album, ‘Nandi’ followed shortly after that. Anele talks to her about her rise to fame, her husband Zakes Bantini and their son Shaka.

Lesley Mofokeng

Kahn Morbee
After years fronting the successful South African rock/pop band The Parlotones, Kahn Morbee is performing as a solo artist using the name K A H N. His solo project followed the same path of receiving critical acclaim across the globe just as he did as part of The Parlotones. Kahn joins Anele in studio to talk about everything from wearing make-up to being the winning judge on The Voice.
The self-confessed ‘West Rand boytjie’ also speaks about his childhood, making it big and living in the USA as well as the joys of fatherhood and his latest projects.

Cyber dating
Anele unpacks the phenomenon of cyber dating by speaking to international choreographer and fitness instructor Ntateko “Takkies” Maswanganye who met her fiancé on the Tinder dating app and is now engaged to be married. Comedian and television personality, Toll A$$ Mo also joins the panel.
Rianette Leibowitz, who describes herself as a cyber activist and is also the founder and spokesperson for SafeTNet, shares more on her efforts to save those who often fall victim to bullying, by making the youth and their parents aware of the proper ways to engage online
